1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Registration and Account Management

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

BM8 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including internet banking transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as other local payment methods listed on the platform.

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All deposits are processed in real time or within the timeframe specified for the relevant payment method.
• BM8 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — funds must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified member only.
• All deposit transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

5 Fund Withdrawal

BM8 members may withdraw funds from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the withdrawal method selected.

5.1 Bonus Wagering Requirements

6 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Prohibited Member Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Termination

BM8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, or upon request from a competent authority.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the BM8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and available funds will be processed for withdrawal once KYC is verified.

9.1 Self-Exclusion
